AGRAHA means holding firmly. Thus Agraharam means "Holders of the sacred place" which refers to Qurayshi Brahmins who held Kaaba for 2500 years.
Slaughtering of animals is prohibited in Haram area. This may be the strong reason, why Brahmins of "Kaaba-Agraharam" became vegetarian.

It should rather be the other way round. Muslims must accept Brahmins leadership and should follow our path. Because masses follow leaders and not the other way. I hope you got the point.

I'm a very high caste Brahmin who can agree with the Brahmin Khalifa concept, at least on principle. I have known some Muslims who were very honorable people. There's a lot of common ground we have in terms of nobleness, self-sacrifice and love for God (Allah). I detest this catch-all phrase called Hinduism. Vedic Dharma is not a religion but a way of life. In this Kalyug, modern Hindus have strayed very far from the beliefs of my noble ancestors, the Saptarishis who believed in ONE God, harmony with nature and universal love for mankind. Islam advocates similar ideals as Vedic Dharma, and I believe that devout Muslims will actually make far better custodians of our ancient way of life than so many modern day Hindus. Here are a few examples:
ReplyDelete1.Muslims are taught not to waste time in idle gossip, or use harsh words: I really like this trait of Muslims, especially Urdu-speakers. A lot of Urdu words came from Persian but do you know where those Persian words came from? It goes all the way back to Sanskrit which is the mother tongue of all Aryans. I'd rather speak Sanskrit than corrupt Hindi. Urdu is by far, a superior language to understand metaphysical subjects, philosophy, law, medicine, sciences and art.
A lot of modern day Hindus are given to gossip and sassy talk. Muslims,in comparison, carefully weigh their words. Just as my RigVedic ancestors did.
2- Eating meat, even beef, was practiced by Brahmins in the past. RigVeda mentions the ritual offerings of cattle meat to Agni, the Fire God. The modern day corrupt forms of Hinduism preach vegetarianism which is a great error.
3- Islam advocates simple existence and high thinking. Most Brahmins would be very receptive to that compared to money-minded Hindus.
If you want Brahmins to assume leadership of all Muslims, I would be ready to sign up. For your convenience, you should only approach Kashmiri, Bengali and a few Northern Indian Brahmins who eat meat presently. Southern Indian Brahmins are vegetarians who will not be able to align with your cause.
I love Muslims so would work for the betterment of Muslim society. I have the following conditions:
1- The restoration of Sharda Peeth in Pakistani Kashmir. Today, it's in a state of neglect. That place is very, very sacred to Brahmins like me. We should be able to do Havan/Yagna at that location.
2-Don't expect us to convert to Islam but you can still trust us to lead Muslims with sincerity. Brahmins are excellent teachers. I have read the Quran with sincerity and can teach you many subtle philosophies from the Holy Book. That is because I'm able to notice striking similarities between the Quran and RigVeda. If a Brahmin wishes to accept Islam, it's his personal choice. No compulsions!
3- Brahmins like cleanliness in our surroundings. The way you keep your mosques clean.
4- Muslims should stop marrying their first cousins, nieces and other close relatives. That is your only practice which is abhorrent to Brahmins. Maybe we can help you improve Muslim bloodline by recommending you better marriage choices after rigorous DNA studies.
5- Brahminical Hadiths will be based on our theological study of Quran and past Muslim scholars, and ancient Vedic virtues. We will not encourage our Muslim followers to do anything that is forbidden in their Holy Book which includes eating haram food, idolatry and usury. Us Brahmins understand what idolatry is, and Manu Smriti forbids us from being usurious.
